Use of the Platform
Angel City Digital provides software and services for branded collectible commerce experiences. By using the platform, you agree to use it lawfully, maintain accurate account information, and follow any operating requirements provided for your plan or implementation.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of inventory, pack descriptions, odds, pricing, customer communications, shipping, refunds, taxes, and compliance obligations connected to their business and products.
Payments and Fees
Subscription fees, transaction fees, payment processor fees, and other charges are governed by your selected plan or signed agreement. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers with their own terms.
Content and Brand Assets
You retain ownership of your brand assets, inventory data, and customer-facing content. You grant Angel City Digital the permissions needed to host, display, process, and support that content as part of the service.
Service Availability
We work to keep the platform reliable and secure, but service availability may vary due to maintenance, third-party systems, internet conditions, or events outside our control.
